Care instructions:

Collar and Leash Care: We suggest hand washing our collars, but you can also machine wash using the gentle cycle and a mild detergent. To protect the collars from getting twisted or snagged in the washing machine place the collar in a garment bag if desired. Lay flat to air dry - do NOT machine dry. Occasional spot cleaning is recommended to keep your pet's collar looking fresh.

Our handmade collars and leashes are crafted with care, making each one unique. Slight variations and imperfections may occur, adding to their individual character and charm. Our collars are designed for everyday wear, but we recommend using a harness for dogs that pull heavily to ensure their safety and comfort during walks. Always check for proper fit and wear before use.

X-Small (1/2" wide) adjustable to 7.5" - 11" long
Small (3/4" wide) adjustable to 9" - 14" long
Medium (3/4" wide) adjustable to 11" - 18" long
Large (1" wide) adjustable to 14" - 21" long

Once I place my order, how long will it take for it to be completed?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, shipping times may vary by item. We aim to have items ready to ship in 3-5 business days, or less if at all possible. You can always contact us to get a better estimate on the time frame for your items to be ready to head to their new home. We appreciate your understanding that handmade takes time.

Are the collars durable?

Yes! All ends and stress points are stitched multiple times to assure your pups safety. Paws & Kisses Boutique collars are made with a thick poly webbing that reinforces the fabric to make the collar sturdy and comfortable. Please note that all collars, ours included, are susceptible to chewing. Ensuring a proper fit on your pet can help lessen the odds of them chewing through it, but this is not guaranteed.

Are the collars suitable for heavy pullers?

Please keep in mind that all of our collars are made from fabric and poly webbing and are not meant to be the only restraint when walking heavy pullers. We highly recommend a properly fitted harness for walks. At Paws & Kisses Boutique we live by the motto that harnesses are for walking and car rides, collars are for fashion and identification.

Check collars often for signs of normal wear and tear. Pet owners are responsible for checking often for suitability and maintaining proper use of Paws & Kisses Boutique’s products and assume all responsibility and liability by purchasing and using the products. Paws & Kisses Boutique is not responsible for injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products both directly or indirectly.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All our items are handmade to order. Buyer must contact us and send returns and exchanges back to us within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Item must be in resalable condition in order to comply with the conditions of this policy. As always, please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with your order. We are here to help!
